Added Apture to the GEC

Hi Everyone -

I'm experimenting with a tool called Apture here in the GEC. Apture allows links to YouTube, Wikipedia etc based on links that are posted here. If this works, you'll see a little icon next to links; click on this icon will take you to supplementary material. If this proves to be too much information, I will remove it, but I just thought I'd see if it enhanced the functionality of this site.

If already are an Apture user, I've enabled the privileges so that you can also edit links here. Not sure how it works exactly, but log into Apture, visit this site and press e to edit, I think.
