I have working with the dilemmas of Fair Use and copyright through classes with K-12 educators. One negative aspect of technology is the legal issue. Too often educators do not prepare our students to differentiate between what they can do as students under Fair Use from what is legal as "civilians." The courts have not even decided what is legal.
