I was involved in an eLearning project for pharmacy staff so that they could learn for their prescribed further education. That means, we produced online trainings, build up a plattform in a learning management system and we made the tutoring. Also I was responsible for the production of online trainings for employees all over the world.
At the moment I'm planning training in process management for participiants from different countries as webbased training and a practical online szenario where they have to work together to solve different tasks. In next step I plan to realize this in a virtual world.

About Me/Reason for Joining the GEC:

Over 30 years experience as teacher for kids and in further education in various subject areas; project management webbased trainings included designing, writing storybooks, programming = all around the prodcution of webbased training; planning and managing trainings for employees; trainer for online tutors and enthusiastic learner myself.
My focus is my job where I have to plan training for our employess (national and international). I try to involve new technologies in this training - if have to say "try", because it is not easy in an "trafitional company". In addition to my job I had some years ago a little internetcafe for women, where I gave one-to-one computer lessons. It was a great time. Now beside my job: I want to share my experience in education, want to work as consultant in schools using "new technologies" and in further education. A little bit planning the time when I will retire. Then I will have time enough to realize my ideas.
