- About Me/Reason for Joining the GEC:
- Sandoval is a k-8 Chicago public school. We are one of the few year-round schools due to overcrowding. I have been teaching for 14 years and have been teaching in the computer lab for 8 years. This is my first year trying out web 2.o tools and have really enjoyed it! It really has motivated many of my students. I've signed up for so many tools that sometimes I don't know where to start. It can be overwhealming but very exciting! I believe that my students sense my excitment and it rubs off! I am very intersted in learning more and hope to enrich my students with the help of technology. I want to learn how I can bring forth global awareness with these tools.
