We live on the U.S. Department of Energy's website. Currently, we have partnered with a few Graduate Engineer students at Georgia Tech. They will travel to Ghana this summer to work with our students to build a Biodiesel Fuel Processor. Students will collect Palm Kernels to produce bio diesel fuel which will be used power electricity at the school through a diesel generator.

Check www.dumpongbiofuels.org It's an excellent resource if anyone is interested on learning more....

Akosua it is nice to meet you. Would you mind if I posted some of these photos to the Flickr photosharing group Reinventing Project-Based Learning? It is interesting to see what goes on in the Youth Institute, would like to share with others.

Welcome, Akosua! I'm so glad to get more African representation here! Please spread the word about this site as we're looking to increase the pool of participants and thus increase opportunities for collaboration.

I'm the lead tech coach at a set of schools that might be interested in collaborating in some way. We have a terrific digital media after school program with its own Ning for students; perhaps you'd be interested in developing a pen pal program with these kids.

Let me know!
