- During the past 7 years I have worked intensively for the International Education for Peace Institute (www.efpinternational.org), on project design and implementation, management, donor relations and project evaluation. The organization focuses on educational projects that build local capacity to prevent future community violence through a comprehensive program of consultation, training, community action and policy advocacy. In recent years, I have specialized in curriculum development, teacher training, and the design of peace education and conflict resolution resources based on new media technologies.
